Usitechnov Industries specializes in the machining of high precision parts using computer numerically controlled machines.   Other services offered are welding, mechanical assembly, oven for stress relieving and balancing.

CNC machining centers:

  • 1 FH680 horizontal machining center, travel: 41” width x 31 1/2” height x 32” height, 40 HP motor, 10,000 RPM with high speed software package, 4 axes with Pallet Changer (4th axis 360 positions)
  • 1 FH6800 horizontal machining center, travel: 41” width x 31 1/2” height x 32 1/2” height, 40 HP motor, 4 axes with Pallet Changer (4th axis 360 000 positions)
